VILLA CERVIA - Notaresco ( Teramo) The company was founded i 1989 by the oeologist Rino Moretti, he started, in 7994, a centre of wine bottling ad a setting up for the production of sparkling wies ad natural spumante. the firm employs 10 people full time, 4 of them are partners, with the following jobs: President and coordinator; sales manager; Wine making manager; production manager; Admiistrative director; secretarial staff manager; quality control manager; 3 production collaborators The current turnpover is of 5 billion lire, referred to 1999, trying to reach a turover of 8 billion lire within the next three years. During the first years (1995) our turnover was of 1.2 billion lire; in the secod year was of 2.3 billion lire; in the fourth year was of 3.5 billion lire; in the fifth year, just ended, sales reached 5 billion lire, with the 80% of the production sold in foreing countries.

The wine produced is divided in two typologies: DOC regional Wines; Table wine with trademark. Sparkling wines and Spumanti have also a great importance; they are beig very successful on foreing markets. 80% of production is exported. Export are started to USA, Canada, Japan and to other countries extra UE. With the achievement of the target over said, Villa Cervia will be the most important wine makig company in the provice, and one of the first private companies i this field all over the region.
