Since 1512 we have dealt with the search for high quality typical products belonging to Italy's excellent and diverse food and wine heritage. We were able to advance time. Since the early 90's we have matured a special cheese the so called "formaggio di fossa" in Sogliano, and more recently have started refining other types of caci nearly disappeared. Today we have been able to set up an efficient and dynamic organization enabling us to carry out deliveries, within 24 hours from our in Collecorvino based premises by means of carriers, and deliver types of cheese (an extensive variety of more than 600 Italian high quality caci: goat, cow, sheep, cow buffalo) and foreign ones from (Greece, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, France, England, Irland , the selection as well as the Murrey's selection for the U.S. market).In addition we provide an extensive variety of Italian salmi and typical products.
