The natural elements such as climate and geography, the cultivation
techniques, such as the ones based on tradition and specific abilities,
together with the use of particular ingredients handed down from generation

respects ancient rules that makes it genuine and tasty, rather than
being produced with market imposed demands.
The mediterranean atmosphere, the sun, the wild areas where some herbs
grow freeIy, the sloping lands covered with vineyards and olive-groves,
the frequency of rain-fall, field exposure; these are just a few of
the factors which make the products from Abruzzo so unique and so characteristic:
wine, oil, saffron, cheese, salami and honey.
The products are healthy foods, essential for a good diet, because
of their digestibility, flavour and high quality.
